Otter Recruitment
We worked closely with Otter to create a bespoke recruitment experience, targeting high end vacancy opportunities.
Having seen both sides of the fence as an employer and as a recruiter, Otter managing director Charlie Bennett decided it was time to bring his experiences together in the form of Otter Recruitment.
Otter approached Union Room needing a high-end solution for his new recruitment company. The website contains a comprehensive back end which allows Charlie to post new jobs, gather applicant information and also supply useful products to candidates and employers using the Otter Shop.
The Otter Recruitment web site is the first port of call for many of our clients and candidates and as such is key to our success. Both parties often comment on how impressed they are with the quality of the design and the ease of navigation on the site. I put this down to the ability of Union Room to really understand our brief and then to deliver an outstanding product. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again-brilliant!
