VLS
In late 2010, Union Room began work on the new VLS website, as well as a back-end system which completely changes the way the company works in conjunction with their partners.
VLS provides a full range of services for the supply, maintenance and management of vehicles and mobile plant throughout the UK.
The back-end system allows VLS to provide charges, maintenance schedules, insurance reports and other important documents, directly to users via personal logins. Over time, the system will allow users to compile vehicle specifications and take tests on topics like vehicle safety.
At VLS we have worked closely with Union Room for approximately 6 months and in that relatively short period of time, not only has our commercial presence dramatically improved, but we now have the ability to provide our customers with an online service that they have never had before. This has been a major benefit to reducing administration at VLS and significantly improving communication with our customers.
Working with Union Room has made this process extremely straight forward and this is testament to the whole team and the quality of work produced. Union Room took the time to understand our business and requirements before carrying out any work, delivering the project without any problems, whilst offering ideas and expertise that we wouldn’t have thought of.
