The Knowledge Base was designed to be an online, informational hub that would only be accessed through an account/ login. As there were many pages and resources to consider the navigation was something we worked closely on with CMP to ensure it was not only user-friendly but allowed people to get to the correct information in as few clicks as possible.

Users also have the ability to save different articles to their main dashboard for easy access. As each user has their own login, their dashboard is personalised to their own specific requirements and they see only the information they have favourited which was another key requirement of the project.

As well as this, we knew cross-promotion would be important, so as part of the development process we added links back to the website to relevant products and also teased the Knowledge Base articles on the product pages of the website – which either encouraged new sign-ups to gain access to the articles or prompted the user to log in to their account to read more.
