Tyne Pressure Testing was established in 2018, and their facility offers specialist pressure testing equipment and dedicated assembly space to meet the most stringent client requirements. They work within sectors such as defence, subsea, energy, oil and gas, petro-chemical and mining to verify that components are fit for purpose and can operate safely at the pressures, or within the extreme environments, which they are intended for.
Tyne Pressure Testing came to us looking for a new website that reinforced their overall online presence and showcased the pressure testing chambers and facilities on offer. The old website had grown outdated and Tyne Pressure Testing felt it was hard for users to find the information they needed. With this in mind, the team at Union Room carried out a full website design refresh, to not only create a more modern look and feel but to also ensure users could navigate around the site as easily as possible.
As part of their pressure testing and assembly facilities, Tyne Pressure Testing house a range of specialist pressure testing equipment including; nine hyperbaric chambers, environmental testing bays and a conventional testing bay, as well as a large-scale complex assembly area. With UX at the forefront of our new website design, we developed an interactive chamber map which shows their Hyperbaric Chambers and key information about them. Another key requirement of the new site was to ensure the team at Tyne Pressure Testing could keep the site up to date themselves, so we provided a new, fully custom-built, WordPress CMS, which allows them to easily edit content, build new pages and make regular changes sitewide.
